Me, in a nutshell
Today I might be editing copy for a national newspaper. Tomorrow? Writing online content for a start-up website or, perhaps, a wellness article for a magazine. And the weekend? Me time, also known as working on a children’s book (it’s about aliens, don’t you know). My life. Is. Copy. Copy that could be uplifting, short and sweet, in-depth - maybe emotional, eye-grabbing, thought-provoking or amusing. What’s consistent is that it’s always with the aim and tone of voice of a client at its core. And with more than 20 years’ experience, I know just how to do that.
I’ve worked for multi-national brands and small but perfectly formed start-ups. And I’m as happy writing content for prostate cancer websites, as I am headlines for shampoo press ads, 5 page health brochures or magazine spreads about Polly and her life-changing trip to India. Whatever comes my way, I make it a priority to know the topic inside out and to always, always hook the reader and make the content shine.
